The fruit — and especially the peel — is rich in anthocyanins (antioxidant compounds), vitamins, numerous minerals and tannins. Pomegranate has mainly antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is an excellent soothing agent. On hair, it has illuminating and antioxidant properties.

Organic oak buds

Oak buds have antioxidant and skin-balancing properties, and protect hair and scalp against free radicals.

Ethical chestnut peel

The use of organically-grown chestnuts from the Castagna della Lunigiana DOP (Lunigiana Chestnut PDO) supply chain generates waste in the form of the pericarp/peel — the outer shell of the fruit — which contains amino acids that leave hair soft and shiny, as well as vitamin E, which provides antioxidants. On hair it has regenerating and reconstructive properties.
