Shipping Policy

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt.

We will process your order promptly during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm GMT+4, excluding major holidays.

We deliver our products to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. Shipping is conducted by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities takes 1 – 2 working days, while delivery to other countries takes 4 to 10 working days. Delivery fees will be specified on the checkout page, depending on the country and location. To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address and contact details.

You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you wish to return a product, we accept returns for items that remain unopened, unused, and purchased directly from our website within the past 30 days. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@oway.ae for a return authorization and to receive the appropriate shipping address.

Please be advised that returns must be completed within 30 days of your request for return authorization. Upon receipt of your item in its original, salable condition, we will process your credit, applying it to the original method of payment, deducting a 20% restocking fee. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.

You have the flexibility to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed by our logistics team. If your order is already in the processing stage, we kindly ask that you wait to receive the item. Upon receipt, if you decide it's not what you were looking for, you are welcome to return the unused product within 30 days.
